Placing an order for your embroidered kit

SO HOW DOES IT WORK?

1 - Choose your item(s) from our online catalogue, items you would like us to source, or choose to supply your own items.

2 - Email a list of your chosen items to us along with your logo artwork. Confirming your chosen placement and/or size of embroidery(s) to get a quote.

3 - Receive your personalised quote and order link by email, checkout and pay online.

4 - Receive a pdf of your digitised embroidery design to approve (if you would like to see a stitch out of your design please request it at this stage, there is no extra charge for this service but it will delay the lead time of your order as we will not proceed with your order until you have approved the stitch out)

Once you are 100% happy with your digital design/stitch out, production of your items will begin.

5 - Receive your order - your order will be with you within 7-10 working days. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched
